Fees & policies
Most jobs are covered by our standard truck-bed pricing. A few situations cost extra or need special handling, and we'll always tell you upfront, before any work begins.
Additional fees
These are added on top of your truck-bed price and included in your quote.
Applies when items have to be carried up or down stairs or moved using an elevator to reach our truck.
Items contaminated with human or animal excrement (feces or urine) require special handling, protective gear, and cleanup.
We may decline these items entirely depending on their condition. If we can safely take them, a surcharge of at least $150 applies. Please let us know when booking.
Not accepted
For everyone's safety and to follow disposal laws, we can't haul the following. If you're unsure about something, just call and ask.
Good to know
Always before we start. We'll include any long-carry or special-handling charges in your on-site quote, and nothing gets loaded until you approve the price.
A few items like tires, mattresses, and some appliances cost us extra to dispose of properly. When that happens, a small fee is included in your quote.
Items with excrement are a health hazard. Our crew needs protective gear, extra time, and sanitation afterward, and some disposal sites charge more or refuse them entirely.
Yes. If you can bring items to the ground floor, garage, or curb before we arrive, the long-carry fee won't apply.
